Fraction Circles Set (22 Pieces)

Set comprising 1 full circle and 21 different fraction parts in different colours made from recycled RE-Plastic for a more sustainable product. 

The set can assist children with the following mathematical learning objectives:

• Recognise fractions as part of a whole
• Estimating and comparing fractions
• Extending and reducing fractions
• Compare and order fractions
• Add and subtract fractions
• Expanding fractions to a given denominator
• Multiplying and dividing fractions (mastering rules)
• Explaining the proper and improper fractions 
• Applying the terms numerator and denominator.

The fraction represented is embossed on the corresponding segment to assist in recognition.

Contains the following fraction parts: 1 x 1/1, 2 x 1/2, 3 x 1/3, 4 x 1/4, 2 x 1/5, 2 x 1/6, 2 x 1/8, 2 x 1/10, 2 x 1/12 and 2 x 1/20.

Re-Plastic® consists of 100% recyclable polystyrene from post-industrial waste, recycled on site and returned to production. RE-Plastic® is equivalent in quality, appearance and feel to new plastic granulate.
