Delivery Time

We aim to dispatch your orders next working day.  During very busy periods this may take longer.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.  As standard, orders will be shipped using Royal Mail second class (2-3 working days), but larger orders may be sent via Hermes 48 hour service.

Products may exceptionally be delivered in separate shipments.


In order to minimise our environmental impact, we will reuse packaging where ever possible.

Shipping Costs & Locations

Standard U.K. shipping costs £3.95 for orders under £40, or FREE for orders of £40 or over.

We are currently only shipping to the UK, but if you want an item shipped elsewhere, drop us an email on and we will let you know a price if it is possible.

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. While we endeavour to maintain accurate stock levels, in exceptional circumstances if an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you.  If the missing item is the entire order, we will refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment. If part of your order is missing, we will contact you and offer you an alternative item, a refund of the out of stock item, or full refund of your order.

Damaged Items in Transport 

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at images of the packaging and any damage to the item.


We hope that you are fully satisfied with your order.  If you are not, or you change your mind for any reason, you have the right to cancel up to 14 days after receipt.  Please let us know within this time on we will provide a returns authorisation number and return details.  Items must be returned unopened and in the same condition as received received, within 28 days.  We will issue a full refund to your original payment method.  You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we advise you to use a tracked shipping method with insurance covering the value of the item.

If any item is faulty please let us know on and we will arrange for a refund or exchange at our cost.

Returns may take up to two business days to process from receipt.
