Refund policy

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your order.  if you change you mind for any reason, please let us know within 14 days of receipt on info@steamrocket.co.ukand we will provide a returns authorisation number and return details.  Items must be returned unopened and as received, within 28 days.  We will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed into your account.   You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we advise you to use a tracked shipping method with insurance covering the value of the item.

If any item is faulty please let us know on info@steamrocket.co.uk and we will arrange for a refund or exchange at our cost.

Returns may take up to two business days to process from receipt.  Refunds can take up to 10 working days to be processed into your account.
