Lots of games, lots of cards

Everyone raves about Tiny Polka Dot so I had to see what all the fuss was about. I think it’s a neat idea - I mean, basically, it’s ‘just’ several sets of cards with numbers zero to ten, shown in different ways (so one suit is dots like on dice, another suit is numbers, another is dots arranged around a circle and so on) with suggestions of how to use them as games. We’ve quite enjoyed playing several of the games. The quality of the cards is good - they’re thick and square, good for little hands. The only thing I would say is that sometimes the way the dots are displayed can make it frustrating during game play when a kid (or an adult!) has to stop and subitise/group the dots together to see how many they are (though I appreciate that’s part of the point). Hence 4 out of 5 stars rather than a full five. But I’d still definitely recommend them.

Brilliant games

Bought this for my son’s 5th birthday. He enjoys the easiest games, and there are plenty of harder options so it will be played for a few years. The cards are nice quality and fairly wipeable so should last

Looks fun

This is for a Christmas present so hasn't been opened yet. It looks as though it will be fun and any game that encourages a love of maths is great. Excellent, speedy service.
